All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia.

How long will my order take?
Ready-to-ship pieces: dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order being placed.
Made-to-order pieces: please allow 15 business days for production before dispatch. Production timeframes are noted on the individual product page.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Australia:

• Standard shipping: 5–7 business days
• Express shipping: 2–3 business days

International (New Zealand, USA, UK, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong):

• Standard international: 5–15 business days
• Express international: 4-8 business days

Will I receive tracking for my order?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. AUREN currently ships to Australia, USA, UK, Canada, Singapore and Hong Kong. If your country isn't listed at checkout, contact us at hello@itsauren.co and we'll do our best to help.

Will I be charged customs or import duties on international orders?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in AUREN's shipping fees. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.

On average, orders usually ship after 1-7 business days from the date the production started.

3-10 business days after being shipped.

1-3 weeks after being shipped.

Please note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic impact and extremely high order demand, carrier services might need additional 7-15 business days to ship packages anywhere.

----CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not accept shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

----DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We support shipments to PO Boxes, but we cannot ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.

----WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not charge VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
